Pass Type 2026 Details
Platinum Pass $2,700 Includes unlimited golf, transportation for the passholder only, driving range use, club storage and locker.  Players may book anytime, up to 14 days in advance without time of day restrictions.  Available only to Vail Residents. Limit to 25 Sold. 
Gold Pass $1,900 Includes unlimited golf, transportation for the passholder only, driving range use. Players may book anytime, 7 days a week, up to 10 days in advance. Available only to Vail Residents.
Silver Pass $1,150 Includes unlimited golf. Does not include transportation or driving range use. Players may book up to 7 days in advance, but may not book tee times before 12:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Available only to Vail Residents.
Bronze Pass $950 Includes unlimited golf. Does not include transportation or driving range use. Players may book up to 3 days in advance, but may not book tee times before 2:00 PM any day of the week. Available only to Vail Residents. 
Young Adult Pass (Ages 18-29) $850 Includes unlimited golf. Does not include transportation or driving range use. Players may book up to 7 days in advance but may not book tee times before 12:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Available only to Vail Residents.
Young Adult Pass with Cart (Ages 18-29)  $1,300 Includes unlimited golf and transportation for the passholder only.  Does not include driving range use. Players may book up to 7 days in advance but may not book tee times before 12:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, Sundays, and holidays. Available only to Vail Residents.
Gold Tier Punch Card $1,050 Includes 20-9 hole rounds, transportation for players using the punch card, and driving range use on the day of play. Gold Punch Holders may make tee times up to 10 days without time of day restrictions.  The punch card is fully transferable but must be presented at time of check in.  Purchase is only available to Vail Residents. Limited to use of 8 punches per day. 
Silver Tier Punch Card $800 Includes 20-9 hole rounds.  Does not include transportation or driving range usage.  Silver Punch Holders may book tee times up to 7 days in advance but may not book tee times before 12:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. The punch card is fully transferable but must be presented at time of check in.  Purchase is only available to Vail Residents. Limited to use of 8 punches per day. 
Bronze Tier Punch Card $600 Includes 20-9 hole rounds.  Does not include transportation or driving range usage. Unlimited Cart Pass  $450 Includes unlimited cart usage for one (1) player.  Available as a la cart option typically paired to the Silver Pass, Bronze Pass, or Young Adult Pass.
Junior Gold Pass $700 Includes unlimited golf and $100 worth of driving range usage.  Does not include transportation.  Passholder must provide valid Driver's License in order to rent a golf cart (Learner's Permit is not valid for golf cart rental).  Players may book up to 3 days in advance, but may not book tee times before 12:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.  Junior Golfers are signified as golfers aged 17 or younger as May 1st of the purchase year. 
Junior Silver Pass $500 Includes unlimited golf and $100 worth of driving range usage.  Does not include transportation.  Passholder must provide valid Driver's License to rent a golf cart (Learner's Permit is not valid for golf cart rental). Players may book up to 3 days in advance, but may not book tee times before 12:00 PM, 7 days a week. Junior golfers are signified as golfers aged 17 or younger as of May 1st of the purchase year. 
Junior Bronze $250 Includes unlimited golf.  Does not include transportation or driving range usage.  Passholder must provide valid Driver's License to rent a golf cart (Learner's Permit is not valid for golf cart rental). Players may book up to 3 days in advance but may not book tee times before 2:00 PM, 7 days a week.  Junior golfers are signified as golfers aged 17 or younger as of May 1st of the purchase year. 
Adult - Junior Pass $700 Includes unlimited golf, transportation, and range balls on the day of play. Players may book up to 7 days in advance but may not book tee times prior to 3:30 PM.  Pass is only valid when parent and junior golfer are both present (same parent, same junior).  Additional junior players can be added by purchasing the Junior Gold, Junior Silver, or Junior Bronze Pass. 
Range Card $150 Fully Transferable pass eligible for driving range balls. $200 value. 

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Can someone with a greater booking window book a tee time for me?
    • Yes they can, but the person with the higher level of pass must be in attendance on the day of play or the tee time booking will not be valid. 
    • The player with the lower tier pass will likely have some time or day of play restrictions.  The player's season pass of lower tier must qualify for the time of day and day of play based upon their pass restrictions. 
      • Example #1:
        • A Platinum Passholder reserves a 9:50AM tee time, 14 days in advance.  They ask three other players whom all have the Silver Pass to play.  Due to the day of the week and time restriction of the Silver Pass (can't play before 12:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).  The Silver Pass Players will be unable to play unless they play the normal green fees. 
      • Example #2:
        • A Gold Passholder reserves a 2:10 PM tee time, 10 days in advance on a Sunday.  They ask their friend, whom holds a Bronze Pass to play with them on the tee time (limited to play only after 2:00 PM).  The Bronze Pass Holder would be able to play in the tee time as the restriction on the Bronze Pass is limited only to times prior to 2:00 PM. 
  • The Season Pass Structure is complicated, can you explain it in a simpler form?
    • Platinum Pass - For Vail Residents who want all the bells and whistles.  Price does not matter
    • Gold Pass - Best Value for a cart rider and is looking to play and practice alot. 
    • Silver Pass - The walking pass, if you prefer to play golf on foot, this is the best value option
    • Bronze Pass - The super value pass for players who only play in the afternoons. 
    • Gold Punch Card - Best Value for a cart rider who plans to play no more than 10 rounds and wants to have the option to bring along non-passholders with them to play on their punch card. 
    • Silver Punch Card - The punch card for walkers.  People who plan to play no more than 10 rounds and wants to have the option to bring along non-passholders with them to play on their punch card.
    • Bronze Punch Card - The super value pass for evening warriors who will play no more than 10 rounds and wants to have the option to bring non-passholders with them to play on their punch card. 
    • Young Adult Pass - Exceptional deal for golfers between the ages of 18-29 who want to play the Vail Golf Club.  To qualify for the Young Adult Pass - the pass holder must be aged no older than 29 by May 1st of the purchase year. 
  • All Season Passes and Punch Cards have the option to play space available, can you describe what this means? 
    • ​​​​​​​To play space available means that you didn't book a tee time in advance, you showed up at the golf course, and checked with the pro shop to inquire on availability. The space available option allows restricted season passes to play in a time frame in which their pass is not valid based on the restrictions.  If / when the starter has a cancellation or a group drops off after 9 holes, you will be available to play in the available spot.  
  • How to I prove residency to qualify for a season pass?

      • Property Tax Bill to prove ownership

Merchant Pass $1,150 Includes unlimited golf.  Does not include transportation or driving range use. Players may book up to 7 days in advance but may not book tee times before 12:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.  Available to persons who work in the Town of Vail Proper. 
Range Card $150 Fully transferable pass eligible for driving range balls. $200 value.  

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How do I qualify for the Vail Merchant Pass?
    • The Vail Merchant Pass is for persons whom work in the Town of Vail 30 or more hours per week but reside elsewhere within Eagle County.  Persons interested in a Merchant Pass will need to provide the following information:
    • Valid Driver's License or passport to prove identity
    • Pay stub within a month from the date of application 
    • Letter from owner or manager regarding date of hire and confirming your employment at their Vail business.
