Early season
Opening day to June 18 | $105 per player
Peak season
June 19 to Sept. 20 | $175 per player
Fall season
Sept. 21 to Oct. 11 (Closing Day) | $120 per player
group rate includes:
- Green fees, carts and range balls
- Group pairing preparation; includes cart signs for each person
- Custom scorecards
- Contest preparation: closest to the pin; longest drive; longest putt
- Bag handling fee
Add-ons:
- Box lunches prepared at Grill on the Gore
- Open ticket for the beverage cart and/or Grill on the Gore
- Gift cards to the golf shop
- Rental Callaway golf clubs ($69 per person)
- Bottled water placed in golf carts prior to play ($5 per bottle)
Groups of 85 or more may request a shotgun start. Tee times for shotgun starts are 8 a.m. or 1 p.m. depending on the season. Shotgun starts cost an additional $10 per person.
Pace of play: the Vail Golf Club expects your group to complete an 18-hole round in four hours and seven minutes (4:07). Please communicate to all the members of the group that we will monitor the play throughout their time at the Vail Golf Club. Pace of play is a high priority at the Vail Golf Club.
We expect our guests to repair ball marks, rake bunkers, replace divots and leave the course in appropriate condition for the next players.
The Vail Golf Club reserves the right to deny playing privileges to anyone who does not respect the dress code, display proper golf etiquette or follow the rules and policies of the Vail Golf Club while on the premises before, during and after their round.
A 50% deposit is due within two weeks of the contract date. The remaining contract balance is due one week prior to date of play.
Payments with company checks or money orders should be made out to the Vail Golf Club.
All changes in group numbers must be provided seven days in advance of scheduled tee time. After that time, you will be financially responsible for the number of players indicated on your signed contract.
- Proper golf attire is preferred on golf course
- No tank tops are allowed for men or women
- No denim on course
- Smooth-soled shoes or golf shoes are to be worn; no hiking boots or rough soled shoes
If the golf course is unplayable due to inclement weather, rain checks will be issued. Request for the rain check must be made on the same day of play.
The rain check is prorated. Depending on how many holes you have completed, a rain check will be issued for the balance based on the total cost per round.
We are located in the heart of the Vail Valley at 1775 Sunburst Drive, Vail, CO 81657.
From the west:
Follow I-70 east to Vail Village. Take exit 176, and at the traffic circle, take the third exit onto South Frontage Road. Head east on South Frontage Road for 1.4 miles, then turn right onto Vail Valley Drive.
Vail Valley Drive turns into Sunburst Drive after 0.2 miles. Continue on Sunburst Drive for another 0.2 miles and
the Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse will be on your left.
From the east:
Follow I-70 west to East Vail. Take exit 180, and turn right onto Big Horn Road. Almost immediately, Big Horn Road turns left and becomes Frontage Road West.
After 1 mile, the frontage road will cross under I-70 and become South Frontage Road. Continue west on South Frontage Road for 1.5 miles, then turn left onto Vail Valley Drive.
Vail Valley Drive turns into Sunburst Drive after 0.2 miles, continue on Sunburst Drive for another 0.2 miles and the Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse will be on your left.
