Banquet Kitchen Supervisor
The Grill on the Gore restaurant is looking to add a Banquet Kitchen Supervisor to our culinary team! Full Time Seasonal Summer Position Available. Come join our team!
We serve a wide range of food with a unique twist from plated dinners to buffets, all with an amazing view of the Gore Range. Be a part of a team that focuses on scratch cooking sourced with local products. Learn how to use our custom wood smoker utilizing Palisade peach and Texas post oak woods. The Banquet Kitchen Supervisor will also assist with the restaurant culinary team when needed.

Reasonable shifts that allow for time with family or enjoying the many outdoor activities that Vail offers. Must be calm under pressure and learn how to consistently produce quality product. Ideal candidates will work well as part of a team and will be willing to jump in wherever needed.
At least one year kitchen supervisor experience required, Servsafe or similar certification preferred. Highly competitive wages. Seasonal Housing available (no pets)

Restaurant Kitchen Supervisor
The Grill on the Gore restaurant is looking to add a Restaurant Kitchen Supervisor to our culinary team! Full Time Seasonal Summer Position Available. Come join our team!
We serve classic American comfort food with a unique twist all with an amazing view of the Gore Range. Be a part of a team that focuses on scratch cooking utilizing quality products and ingredients. Learn how to smoke food on our custom wood smoker utilizing Palisade peach and Texas post oak woods. Work with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Chef in creating specials and execution of the Grill on the Gore menu. The Kitchen Supervisor will also be able to assist with the Banquet culinary team when needed.
