Back for the 15th year...
The VRD's Spring Short Track Bike Series gets riders ready for the upcoming bike series. No points or prizes... just a fun way to get in shape after a long winter. Races will take place on a short, dirt loop and racers have 20 minutes to ride as many laps as possible in that time. Kids races will be five and 10 minutes in length.

Eagle County Fairgrounds, Eagle, CO
The course will consist of a loop around the open field at the Fairgrounds. The course is set the day-of with turns and flagging, so expect something new each year!
Miller Ranch Open Space, Edwards, CO
The course will consist of a loop around the open space on the preestablished dirt trails. The course is set the day-of with signs and flagging.
Eagle County Fairgrounds, Eagle, CO
Parking
Racers can park at the Fairgrounds parking lot and bike over the the start on the field.
Race Start
The race will begin in the field just south of the Fairgrounds parking lot. Look for the VRD Race Trailer and arch for the start line!
Miller Ranch Open Space, Edwards, CO
Parking
Racers can park at Red Canyon High School and bike east, over to the start along the dirt recreation path. Spectators can walk along the recreation path or railroad to the race start.
Race Start
The race will begin in the open space east of the Red Canyon High School. Look for the VRD wind blades and tent for the start line!
