In 2022, the Vail Rec District staffed and facilitated twice-daily, drop-in play seven days a week during the outdoor season, and received many compliments regarding the quality and organization of these sessions. Winter indoor play was offered three nights a week and on both weekend days. In addition to busy daily drop-in sessions, lessons, and clinics (by PPR-certified instructors), VRD staff hosted corporate events, wedding parties, birthday parties and other special events at the Golden Peak facility. Pickleball staff also instructed youth from Camp Vail and Beaver Creek Kids Day Camps. Needless to say, it was an active year for pickleball!
More Numbers:

4,172 participants during indoor winter season
