The Vail Golf and Nordic Clubhouse offers stunning views of the Gore Range mountains throughout all seasons. Enjoy the surrounding scenery and intimate feel of the secluded and private Wedding Island, or the breathtaking vistas from our newly constructed clubhouse and cocktail lawn.

Clubhouse has limited parking. The clubhouse is also accessible via the Clubhouse stop on the Golf Course loop of the free Town of Vail bus system.

Ceremony Lawn And Covered Patio
The Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse features eastern and southern views of the Gore Range mountains, unmatched in the Vail Valley. An outdoor lawn and covered patio are available for ceremonies and receptions, ideal for cocktails and mingling. The wide open lawn is perfect for games, such as cornhole and bocce ball.
Please note that ceremony chairs are not included in the Gore Range Room buyout fee.
A Room With A View
The Gore Range Room is a beautiful, modern banquet space located within the clubhouse. Featuring a separate entrance on the south end of the building, the view from this room of the surrounding mountains is guaranteed to wow your guests. Rehearsal Dinners & Social Events
Have you secured your wedding venue already, but still need a location for your rehearsal dinner, engagement party, bridal shower, farewell brunch or other wedding-related event? We're here to assist! Let our Group Sales Manager, Courtney Herner, collaborate with you on pricing, menu selection, decor, and all the finer details to craft the ideal gathering to complement your celebrations.

- Our in-house, artisan catering team can create gourmet menus of Colorado-sourced ingredients, sure to please any palate.
- The bridal suite is an elegant and relaxing space for getting ready and spending quality time with loved ones before the big event.
- The Gore Range Room has a maximum occupancy of 160 guests, with numerous layouts and flexible options to meet your needs.
A dance floor, cocktail tables and other rental options can be arranged through your Group Sales Manager.
Wedding Island
In the summer, the Vail Wedding Island plays host to a number of outdoor wedding ceremonies and special events. Located just a short distance from the main clubhouse, the island may be booked in conjunction with the Gore Range Room banquet space. With seating for up to 160 guests, say “I Do” with the majestic Gore Range mountains as your backdrop.
Create The Perfect Wedding Package
In the summer, the Vail Wedding Island plays host to a number of outdoor wedding ceremonies and special events. Located just a short distance from the main clubhouse, the island may be booked in conjunction with the Gore Range Room banquet space. The Wedding Island is the perfect spot to say “I Do” with the majestic Gore Range mountains as your backdrop.
The maximum number of guests for the Wedding Island is 160.
A unique aspect of the Wedding Island is that motorized vehicles are prohibited. Your guests will enjoy a scenic walk through an aspen grove before arriving at the Wedding Island. Please note that you will be required to provide transportation for all guests to access your ceremony and reception. Be sure to ask your Group Sales Manager about transportation options.
The Vail Golf Club provides an eight-passenger cart and chauffeur to shuttle the wedding party and photographers from the clubhouse to the island. We will also accommodate any guests in need of special assistance.
Acoustic and amplified sound is allowed on the Wedding Island - however, there is no power on the island so make sure your cordless devices are fully charged.
Champagne, water and other beverage services are available and can be added to your wedding package.
Additional Information
A 50% non-refundable venue fee is due upon signing of the contract to secure an event date. The remainder of the venue fee and deposits are due 30 days prior to the event date.
Our Group Sales Manager will customize a Banquet Event Order (BEO) that provides details for your culinary choices, event timeline and room layout.
Menu selections are due 30 days prior to the event. Prices quoted are guaranteed for 30 days. Menus and items in this packet are subject to change. No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto or removed from clubhouse premises. The Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse adheres to Colorado state liquor laws and reserves the right to refuse and/or discontinue service to any event or person. State law requires that all alcoholic beverages consumed on property be purchased from and dispensed by the Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse.
All decorations are the responsibility of the host and must be removed immediately following the event. Any decorations not removed from the Gore Range Room are subject to disposal and may result in the loss of your compliance deposit. The use of open flames, sparklers, helium-filled balloons, confetti, glitter, birdseed and rice are prohibited on property.
The guaranteed number of guests will be due 14 days prior to the event date. You will be billed for the guaranteed number of guests, and any guests above the guaranteed number will be billed 1.5 times the per person cost. Changes to the event menu within 14 days of your event are subject to additional charges.
A sales tax of 8.9% will apply to all food and beverage. A sales tax of 4.5% will be applied to the venue fee and rentals. A 22% service charge will apply to all food and beverage purchases.
The Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse is not responsible for the loss or damage of any items before, during or after an event.
