Shannon grew up in Murray, Kentucky, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration from the University of Louisville in 2010, where she was a member of the varsity rowing team.

Now entering her fourth season at the Vail Golf Club, Shannon oversees and coordinates group outings, supports junior and adult programs, and assists with Pro Shop operations and merchandising. She also plays an active role in day-to-day golf course operations.

Since moving to Colorado, Shannon has embraced the mountain lifestyle, spending winter days skiing groomers and powder, and summer days paddleboarding down the river.
