The Kind Bikes and Skis, the official bike shop of the Davos Dash, will be on-site to provide neutral support for racers with last-minute mechanical issues.
The Davos Dash begins at the intersection of Chamonix Lane and Chamonix Road and ends at the radio tower at the top of Davos.
The National Forest Service would like us to please note that some of the local trails in the area are not open due to seasonal closures. Please respect these local closures.
Please follow normal traffic rules when warming up and racing. The streets in the neighborhood will NOT be closed to vehicle traffic

Day-of Registration: Available on-site for all 2025 Mountain Bike Races - however, preregistration online is highly suggested. Preregistration for individual races ends at 5 p.m. one day prior to each race day.
On-site Bib Pickup & Registration: Opens at 3:45 p.m., and races start at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday in the parking lot of Kind Bikes & Skis in West Vail and ends at 5:30 p.m.

Parking
Please park at the after-party location, Donovan Park or the Lionshead Parking Structure and ride to the start. There is limited parking on the North Frontage Rd for parents of youth racers. There is NO parking at the Highline Double Tree Hotel or the Kind Bikes & Skis parking lots.
Race Start
The race will start at the corner of Chamonix Ln and Chamonix Rd.
Please follow normal traffic rules and respect vehicles when warming up. The streets in the neighborhood will NOT be closed to vehicle traffic.
Youth: Awards will be given at the parking lot of Kind Bikes & Skis in West Vail
Adults: Join us for race awards and a free beer for ages 21+ from New Belgium Brewing Company and non-alcoholic beer from Best Day Brewing Company after the race. Awards will be presented and prizes will be awarded to the top three males and females in each race category. Location TBD.
All racers are entered into a raffle for a chance to win great prizes from our sponsors!
Series Champions: Overall series championships will be awarded to both the winning team and individuals in each category at the end of the season

Encouraging trail stewardship in partnership with Hardscrabble Trails Coalition, Vail Valley Mountain Trails Alliance
The Vail Rec District is a proud supporter of the Eagle County trails and the organizations that work hard to maintain them. It is important to remember that riding and racing on world class trails is a privilege and our trails do not build or maintain themselves. This year during the 2023 Bloch & Chapleau Mountain Bike Series, riders can earn an additional 25 points towards their overall series total if they participate in one trail work event prior to August 29. In order to be considered, participants must snap a photo of themselves during the event and tag the Vail Recreation District Facebook page as well as either the VVMBA or the HTC Facebook page (depending on the host).
